WWDC Keynote
A 5am start and we still ended up halfway from the front! But it was all worth the wait – great keynote, a real buzz inside, with some neat audio-visual things happening on the big screens.

The Keynote (queueing) begins
I’m up and showered and ready to go join the queue for the Keynote presentation by Steve Jobs. But, first stop is breakfast at Mel’s Drive-in. More to come later in the day (blogging, not breakfast) …

My WWDC agenda
I’ve reached some internal consensus as to which sessions to attend. I still have a couple of session clashes but I think I will see what I’m in the mood for when the clash approaches ;)

8 days to go
Only 8 days to go until WWDC kicks off.
I’ve been progressively working out which sessions I will be attending. It’s a tough choice given all the great content on offer.
Some of the key sessions I will be going to are:
- Keynote (a.k.a. Stevenote)
- Scripting for SysAdmins
- Bending Directory Services To Your Will: Best Practices
- Deploying Large-scale Storage Solutions using Xsan and Xserve RAID
- Getting Started with Xray
- Tracing Software Behavior with DTrace
- Mac OS X Security Configuration
- Using Xray and DTrace for In-depth Analysis
- Building System Images for Large-scale Deployments
- Understanding Managed Deployment
